
I am a planner by nature of my personality. After my Alpha-gal diagnosis, I became obsessed with creating menus of our meals. Not only does
it take the guesswork out of "what is for dinner?" but it also saves you time, helps you plan your grocery list and assists in meal plans and meal preps.
I have a lot of time, effort and research in creating these menus and have decided to share them with you. A big reason I started this was to get organized
when we went on camping trips. Not only could I plan our travel agenda, but I could also plan out our meals making it easy and seamless during traveling.
