Looking for Alpha-gal safe restaurants and eateries?
I have complied a list from my personal experiences and during my travels in the Southern United States. I do recommend that you do your own due diligence and double check with your particular restaurant location that they can in fact accommodate your food allergies. When talking with restaurant managers, hostess, waiters and staff I usually say, "I am allergic to beef, pork, lamb, dairy and corn." I do not say "I have alpha-gal" because most have never heard of it and don't know what it is. I have had some ask,
